SMS Text Messaging Terms
Program Description
Rhythm & Brew offers a recurring text message program that sends updates about our opening, events, live acoustic sessions, new arrivals, and occasional offers.
How to Opt In
You can opt in by submitting your mobile number through a form on our website or in our shop, and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You can expect approximately 2–4 messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Rhythm & Brew does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
How to Opt Out
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, sign up again through any of our forms.
